Natural Citrine, 5.07 cts. 13.5 × 13.1 mm, Trillion
A 5.07ct natural citrine from the Mansa District, Luapula Province, Zambia — its warm golden-amber color entirely is natural (untreated and unheated). Faceted in a design by Arya Akhavan called Treforze, the simple geometry and three-fold symmetry yield a bright, clean design with reflections that resemble a snowflake. Natural citrine of this clarity and depth of color is considerably rarer than the heat-treated amethyst that dominates the market.
