Our Promise
We know that gemstones can look different in hand than they do on a screen. Color, brilliance, and character are difficult to fully capture in a photograph — and we understand that sometimes a stone arrives and it's just not quite what you imagined.
Your satisfaction matters more to us than the sale. If you're not genuinely happy with your purchase, we want to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

Loose gemstones must be returned unset and in the same condition as received

Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
If your item arrives and something isn't right — wrong stone, damage in transit, or anything else — please reach out to us immediately and we'll resolve it promptly.
Custom Commissions
Because custom commission pieces are cut or made specifically for you, they are non-refundable once work has begun. If you have concerns about a custom order before or during the process, please contact us early — we would much rather adjust the work in progress than have you end up with something you don't love.
How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be initiated by contacting us first — please do not send items back without reaching out.

Include your order number and we will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

Ship the item back using a tracked and insured method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.
