A 5.18ct prasiolite, faceted in a Long Lazy Oval cut, a design by Robert Long. Prasiolite is the green variety of quartz, rarely found in nature and most commonly produced by heat treating amethyst or yellowish quartz — a process that develops a unique, stable green hue. This stone has a particularly appealing icy sage green color. The Long Lazy Oval is a beautifully proportioned oval design, notably longer and more slender than a standard oval cut.
